The NHS Leicestershire Partnership Trust is working through a five year plan to:
- Develop all mental health and learning disabilities services, so they give excellent, high quality and joined up care.
- Make using mental health and learning disabilities services a better experience for everyone.
- Reorganise working time, to make it possible for service users to have more time with clinicians.
- Help mental health and learning disabilities services to cope with increasing demand and capacity issues.
The plan includes services for all ages, and has been developed by NHS staff, patients and services that support mental health and learning disabilities across Rutland, Leicester and Leicestershire.
