We’re really pleased to tell you that the Future Rutland Conversation has today published an initial draft of a new Shared Vision for Rutland.
The Draft Vision is a set of long-term goals for the future of Rutland, shaped by our residents. The first stage of Future Rutland gave residents an opportunity to share what is most important to them and have their say on what they want the County to be like in years to come.
This latest stage of Future Rutland is equally important and we are once again asking for your help. Having listened carefully to everything we’ve been told by local people since the start of Future Rutland and spent months turning this feedback into the new Shared Vision, we are now heading back out to residents to ask you what you think.
This is another excellent opportunity for you to have your say if you live in the county. However, we also want the help of everyone to encourage people to read and comment on the Draft Vision.
There are lots of ways to do this:
- You can go to www.rutland.gov.uk/futurerutland, read the Draft Future Rutland Vision and complete a short online survey which is open until Sunday 28 November
- You can encourage local residents and service users to do the same - read and comment on the Draft Vision over the next three weeks. You can do this on social media channels, via email or in conversation with people
- If you know someone who wants to take part but doesn't have access to the internet, tell them to call us on: 01572 722 577
A Communications Toolkit and assets (such as a poster, image for Facebook & image for Twitter) are attached to help you spread the word. If you have any questions or want information in a different format, please email: email@example.com and we will be more than happy to support you.
Thank you in advance for your help and support.
