Walking Football could be the answer!

It is a great way to bring back the days you miss. To start being active again, to have a kick about, to make new friends whilst getting fit but also having fun!

An hour a week of Walking Football can really make a difference. It can help you lose weight, get fit, build strength and develop better balance and core stability.
