Rutland Water parkrun - A community event for walkers, joggers, runners solely run by volunteers

Rutland Water parkrun is an extrememly friendly and inclusive 5km community event for walkers, joggers, runners and relies solely on volunteers. "Community Event" is the key phrase and best way to describe us. We meet just past Normanton church at Rutland Water for a 9am start every Saturday morning and the event is FREE. To find out more about parkrun generally, please visit www.parkrun.org.uk as there are events running all over the country and world. For more information about Rutland Water parkrun, please visit www.parkrun.org.uk/rutlandwater

The route is 5km, which is very flat, and very scenic suitable for ALL abilities. We also guide those who are visually impaired, and assist those with a hearing impairment, aswell as many other challenges people face with conditions they may have.

The PROVE project is the aim of parkrun........PARKRUN, RUNNING OR VOLUNTEERING for EVERYONE.
