Multi-sports is an inclusive activity for anyone with SEND aged 11 and over.

Siblings are welcome to join in too.

We do various types of activities - mostly simple exercises that are not too challenging.

We do stretching and sit ups as well as other easy activities.

The aim of the group is to get young people exercising and socialising with other young people.

You do not need any gym equipment to participate just some water.
