The Community Paediatric Service provides assessment, diagnosis, management and where indicated, treatment to children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who have been referred to the service with a variety of health needs.

including, e.g. – children and young people with complex disabilities, children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and those with general paediatric ambulatory conditions.

Leicester City

• Children and young people aged 0 - 16 years who need a blood test
With the exception of the following tests, which need to be referred to LRI:
• White Cell Enzyme
• TPR
• ACTH Protein C
• Ammonia and Lactate
