Rutland Carers' Support Group (Age UK)

**In line with government advice, the majority of social and wellbeing groups and activities remain closed during the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. Some sessions are now being run virtually

A helpline has also been launched, offering practical and emotional support, especially to those who are self isolating and live alone.

To contact the helpline, call 0116 299 2239.**

 This group is suitable for anyone who cares for someone with a long-term debilitating illness e.g. M.S., dementia, stroke, etc.  A packed programme of speakers and activities is offered to cater to all tastes, including an afternnon tea trip out.
