This class caters for all levels of ability and ages and is an extremely fun and friendly class! In the Pilates class we spend the first part of the class warming up and setting up the body, we then go through a whole host of exercises. These Pilates exercises tone up the whole of the body and we also work on flexibility and posture. At the end of the class we have a relax and stretch which is a great reward after the class!
All of the exercises and stretches in this Pilates class at Ketton will be explained clearly, in order to make sure that you understand the moves. Please remember to go at a pace that you feel comfortable with, there are lots of different levels with all Pilates exercises so you can find a level that you feel comfortable with
