This fund is available to children who are ages 3-4 and attending a registered private, voluntary and independent provider in Rutland. This will include attendance at a nursery, pre-school setting and child minders.

The purpose of the fund is to help meet the needs of children with low level SEN enabling them to access learning opportunities within the Early Years Foundation Stages.

The fund is designed to prevent the escalation of needs, helping reduce barriers to learning and narrowing the gap.

The Disabled Access Fund is also available.
