Satrting on 10th May Danielle Smith (qualified personal trainer and founder of Boddi Boo) will be running active sessions for Kendrew wives on Monday mornings from 9.00 – 10.00 am. 

Sessions are designed for anyone who wants to improve their fitness,accommodating mums with pushchairs, pre-school age children,and also adults who just want to get a little more active! No previous experience is necessary. Just wear loose clothing and trainers.
