Families Rutland Information Service

Rutland Youth Council

The Rutland Youth Council is made up of young people aged 11 - 19 (25 SEND) from across Rutland.

We talk about issues that affect young people in Rutland, represent young people's views and take action on them.

We carry out consultations with other young people, give presentations at conferences, meet with County councillors and get involved in planning local campaigns.

This may sound like lots of work, but we also have lots of fun too!

If you want to get involved and make a diffence to young people across the county this is definitely the project for you!

We hold elections once a year, but there are chances to join at other times of the year.  Contact Jules House on the details below for more information.

*We currently meet via Zoom on the first Monday of the month, 6:00-7:30pm
