Steady Steps Class (Falls Prevention)

**In line with government advice, Steady Steps classes are on hold during the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak.**

Sessions are for begginers to help improve your balance & coordination, ease of performing daily living activities, bone density & muscle mass, confidence (reduce fear of falling), emotional wellbeing, overall health and to reduce your risk of having a fall.
