Community Support Service

The Community Support Service works to keep you living in your own homes for as long as you can, as we see the importance of keeping local links and a familiar environment for people not only with learning disabilities but for anyone who has lived in the local area all of their lives.

The Community Support Services is led by the people that use it, as we believe that you, the user should shape how that service is provided.

Every person supported by The Community Support Services receives diverse and unique packages of support, this depends on the persons needs and wishes.

We aim to promote independence and community inclusion.
