If you are struggling to find work and want help with your CV, advice on how to look for work or just to explore what employment might suit you best, you can book an appointment with Rutland Adult Learning and Skills Service (RALSS).
The Service's friendly and qualified Information, Advice and Guidance officer can:
- Offer a confidential, impartial and personal interview, telephone conversation or email exchange
- Provide practical advice and support on returning to work, including creating or updating a CV
- Refer you to other services as appropriate, including the National Careers Service
- Provide information about courses offered by RALSS and other organisations
- Give advice on how to access funding and support including childcare and transport costs for RALSS courses
- Provide ongoing support or follow-up contact to check how you have progressed following the advice interview
- Allow the opportunity to comment on the service you have received
