The ‘Overcoming Anxiety’ programme is specifically targeted towards young people aged 11-18 who are struggling with anxiety and how to maintain it in a positive way.  Their behaviour, thoughts and feelings are affected by their levels of anxiety, and this is affecting their relationships with others.

?
This programme has been adapted from our ‘Positive Minds – Grounded’ Programme and the CAMHS ‘Cool Kids’ Programme  to include topics relating to understanding anxiety and promoting positive mental health for young people

The programme runs for 2 hours per week, for 8 weeks.
