Who is it for?

What is the programme about?
It’s a new programme created by The Centre for Fun and Families and the CAMH’s Primary Mental Health team based on tried and tested programmes.
It aims to help you understand what is causing the anxiety, and show you ways you can overcome it, change the way you feel and begin to enjoy every day things.

What is covered?
The group is not just about learning what is causing your anxious feelings and how to gain some control over them; it is also about building your confidence, meeting new people who are facing similar struggles, making new friends, getting support and having some fun.
