Rutland Local Sport Alliance (LSA) commonly known as Active Rutland acts as a key group in enabling key partners in sport, active recreation, health and physical activity in Rutland to work collectively to increase the opportunities for all activities in Rutland.

The group includes representatives from local sports clubs, sports facility providers, NHS, local businesses, health and wellbeing representatives and Leicestershire and Rutland Sport.

The group is fully supported by Rutland County Council however not specifically run by the county council. It is a focus group to develop community and school sport and physical activity provision based upon local providers of sport.
