Learn Ways To Wellbeing
Our short sessions, up to an hour long, are based on the well-established Five Ways to Wellbeing. This is promoted by the NHS and other health and wellbeing services as an achievable and sustainable programme to help people take simple steps to boost their own mental wellbeing. Our training runs through the ways to wellbeing and helps those attending to build the knowledge, skills and confidence to help themselves and to connect with and support others. We would be happy to come out and deliver a short training session at a community venue, a local social or community group in your area. Email email@example.com to book.
