Circuit training sessions, using a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands and body weight exercises.
Sessions will be a mixture of strength and cardiovascular training for the whole body finishing off with important stretches.
- This will help individuals to burn calories and get fit
- Tone up and of course have fun!
- Open to ages 14 – 18 years old
- Cost £2.00 per session
- Wednesday evenings 6-7pm
