**Some sessions are taking place outdoors or virtually. The Studio is closed to group sessions and classes but open for 1:2:1 Physiotheraphy and Personal Training. Goal: To improve your overall tone and fitness.
Format: A fun class format of 1hr, broken into shorter 'themed' sessions.
Programme Content: Easy to follow routines, a bit of interval work and then toning both standing and on the mat. Includes STEP, Floor Aerobics, Kettlebells, Weights and Resistance Band work.
