We are committed to giving people the opportunity to become more independent, to make your own choices and to include you in everything you want to do with our quality personalised assistant. We are committed to Unlocking Your You, this is your self care, self awareness to lift and build your spirits and self-esteem to empower and enable you to be self-sufficient and autonomous.   We specialise in supporting people going through mental health problems and learning difficulties. We work with all ages with specialist PA's is both children and adult support, this allows us to provide our service across all demographics. All which we do is person centred. Our mission is to support you to achieve your goals and give you your independence.    However, once you feel you do not need our PA services you will still have access to the full support of our community based times. Our Personal Assistants have a wide range of qualifications and expience with up to 21 years in support field.

The qualifications we have are; For Adults 

NVQ Level 4 in health and social care Person centred planner Safeguarding children and adults Safe guarding adults and raising concerns of abuse Competencies 1-6 LDAF AWARD SCIP Tech certificate(strategy crisis intervention prevention)Risk assessor PBS functional analysis PBS understanding challenging behavior. One page profile planner PCP facilitator Enteral tube feeding Meditation administration PRN administrator Insulin trained Food and hygiene level 2 Moving and Handling Level 3
