High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Goal: Join us for a great aerobic workout that will boost your mood, strengthen your heart muscle, increase stamina and relieve tension. 

Format:  After a 5 minute warm up we’ll do 20 minutes of HIIT followed by a 5 minute cool down and stretch. It’s a fast pace easy to follow class which can be tailored to different
