Sports Conditioning

**In line with government advice, both the Studio and Pool Barn are closed during the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. You can still follow us on our Facebook page, and we look forward to welcoming you back when it is safe to do so.**

The objective of these sessions is to enhance your existing sports training through controlled strength and core work taking you through full range-of-motion movement that challenges both body and mind.

If you can identify with any of the following needs, then this could be exactly right for you:

  • I need a challenging strength and core session to complement my sport specific training schedule.
  • I want more power.
  • I want to improve my aerobic endurance.
  • I need the motivation of a structured session.
  • I need to feel that the trainer understands my sports needs and goals.
  • I want to have better cone control during my sports activities.

These sessions are predominently body-weight based.
