**Some sessions are taking place outdoors or virtually. The Studio is closed to group sessions and classes but open for 1:2:1 Physiotheraphy and Personal Training. The Endless Pool is currently closed and we realistically expect this to be the case for the rest of 2020 but we will review as the COVID-19 situation changes. The objective of these sessions is to enhance your existing sports training through controlled strength and core work taking you through full range-of-motion movement that challenges both body and mind.
If you can identify with any of the following needs, then this could be exactly right for you:
