Keepers Cottage Day Nursery

Keepers Cottage Day Nursery provides high quality childcare for babies and young children up to 5 years of age. The Nursery is a beautifully converted bungalow in a rural setting, which has large gardens and ample parking space to the side and rear.

We have carefully adapted the premises to provide a warm, safe, and stimulating atmosphere for 0-5 year old’s.

Our primary aim is to provide a safe, nurturing environment, and we strongly believe children thrive whilst learning through play and exploration.

Children learn through play, and a child's play is their work. We aim to set good foundations and give the children varied experiences of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We anticipate to develop the skills your child will need both for school and later life, yet meet their individual needs now. All of the outside areas in the setting are safe, inspirational areas for outdoor play and give children a natural environment for them to play and learn.

Description

Our provision truly reflects the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage for children from birth to five.

We believe every child deserves the best possible start in life and will support every child to develop to their full potential.  This includes accessing additional support, adapting activities and environments and by using specialist equipment as appropriate.

We consider the individual needs, interests and stages of development of each child and use this information to plan purposeful and enjoyable experiences in all areas of learning.
