An enhanced DBS check and previous work references is a pre requisite to joining us and gives us confidence that "our carers" are professional, trained and caring before they commence employment with us.
We offer a free, no obligation care assesment during which one of our care management team will visit, to explain our service, answer any queries or questions you or your loved ones may have. If you decide to utilise our services, we will then carry out a full assesment of your care needs and put together your Care Plan. Our aim is to fully understand your preferences and needs to ensure you get exactly the level of service that you require. Just enough to help you function well within your home, whilst promoting your continued independence as well as being sensitive to changes to your needs in the future.
