Our Lifeline service enables you to call for help at the touch of a button from anywhere in your home or garden. It's available 24 hours a day, providing you and your family peace of mind that help is always on hand should you feel unwell or need assistance.
It consists of a base unit that connects to your telephone line and comes with a pendant that can be worn around the neck or wrist. Pressing the red button on the pendant will automatically alert our 24-hour monitoring centre, where a trained operator will arrange help by contacting a family member, friend or the emergency services.
The service is available to anyone, of any age. After the 6-week free trial period, customers can opt to pay for the service if they feel it has been of benefit.
The standard Lifeline service costs £4 per week (telephone line required). This includes provision of the lifeline unit and pendant, the 24-hour response centre support and maintenance of the equipment. This is payable by weekly / monthly Direct Debit or one off annual payment. We can also provide Lifeline units that do not require a telephone from £5.80 per week.
The charges do not include VAT as many customers with health needs are VAT exempt. A VAT relief form will need to be signed on installation.
