Melton Mencap and Gateway is a small local voluntary organisation with charitable status.

We aim to provide a range of activities to support children, young people and adults with a learning disability and their carers.

Our service is available to people who either live in the borough of Melton or access services here.

A place at one of our groups is offered following assessment and is conditional on us being able to safely meet the needs of the individual.

The organisation is managed by a small Executive Committee of Trustees from all walks of life carers and other concerned Individuals.

We rely on grants, donations and fund raising to finance our programme of activities.
